Feel Better Immediately

Dear Friend,

A student of mine told me the other day, "I wish I was like you. You seem to have it all figured out. Nothing ever bothers you, what is your superpower?". I laughed so loud because that couldn’t be further from the truth!

You see, there is no secret formula to being happy or zen all the time, and be wary of anyone who tries to convince you otherwise. What I learned from my yogic journey, is to know the difference between who I am versus what I am feeling. So my “superpower” relies in my unshakable belief of who I truly am, in combination with my whole hearted compassion toward myself in understanding of how life experiences can make me feel sometimes. I know that I AM healthy, and understand that sometimes I feel sick. I AM wealthy, and sometimes I feel uncertain. I AM strong, and sometimes I feel tired. I AM loved, and sometimes I feel lonely. I AM wise, and sometimes I feel lost. I AM inspired, and sometimes I feel stuck. It all belongs and is part of having a human experience.

We all have internal obstacles of fear, shame, and even anger, and right now most people are displaying all three at the same time. We might be afraid because we don’t know what next steps to take. We might feel shame because we didn’t financially plan for this type of emergency. We might experience anger because we  feel that something or someone is being unfair to us. The thing is, dwelling in these negative spirals is like throwing a tantrum towards the universe. It’s not going to get us anywhere, and we only end up hurting ourselves.

The past is gone and does not exist. The only valuable thing we can do with the past is to learn from it, and not fear it! So we make informed decisions based on knowledge, learnings and experience. Making decisions based on avoidance, fear and pure reaction will only result in repeating patterns and does not promote growth. That is how we get stuck in a karmic spiral.

When we take ownership of our decisions, and we say I am not a victim. I made those decisions. I own them. That means that I have the power to make better decisions. When we are in that empowered state our energy is elevated and that’s when we are able to create, attract and grow whatever it is that we want to invite in our lives. So now we step out of that karmic loop and align with the path of dharma, which is our highest purpose. I know these might seem like mystic words but really, the purpose of life is simply learn, grow and repeat. Until we reach our fullest expression.

It all starts with self study, getting to know who you truly are. Standing in your truth. You don’t need a guru, a teacher or a life coach to tell you what to do. What do they know about you. Only you know who you are. If I would wish one thing for all of you, it is for you to tap in and connect with your inner most essence. It’s an inside job, others can offer guidance, but really no one can do the work for you.

So if you were looking for a sign, this is it! It is time to rise! I offer you this meditation completely and forever FREE! Share with friends, and enjoy the benefits or this healing practice. This is the stuff that completely changed the trajectory of my life!

Offered to you with love and gratitude.

Breathe Away Anxiety Meditation & Breathwork

Carrying the heavy weight of old stories or worst case scenarios can be daunting. This is your opportunity to drop it, and let go of what can't be changed, once and for all.

HOW TO PREPARE AND GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS PRACTICE

  • Keep a journal near by, and write down what came up for you during meditation. This can help clarify and dismantle limiting beliefs. It is also a powerful way to unload toxic energy and transmute it on to paper, which is made out of matter. So you transmute energy into matter

  • Find a quiet place

  • Make yourself comfortably seated on a chair, cushion, or mat

  • Be seated upright for the breathwork portion. For the meditation portion, you can continue to be seated or you can recline on your back for more support

OPTIONAL PREPARATION

  • Light palo santo, incense or a candle

  • Put on a dab of essential oils

  • Hold on to healing crystals or stones

  • Have a warm blanket nearby

  • Invite a friend (virtually of course)
