The life that you currently have is a result of your beliefs and the stories you tell your self, about yourself, about others and about the world around you. Take a look at what you lack in your life right now, the source of that lack is a limiting belief. Now take a look at the things that come to you effortlessly and the areas in your life where you excel, those abundant areas in your life are a result of supportive and empowering beliefs that are rooted deep within your subconscious mind.

As I dedicated my life to being of service, I strive to share my journey as I grow and deepen my own practice, in hopes it may help you in any way. I can only teach what I have learned and practice on a personal level, so I am excited to share with you these 4 mindfulness techniques that have worked miracles in changing the way I see my self and my environment and therefore allowed me to manifest the life of my dreams. 

Studies have shown that beliefs begin to formulate during the first 7 years of human life. Since the analytical part of the brain hasn’t fully developed during that time, it makes that young brain susceptible to any stories that it is perceiving and those beliefs begin to solidify deep within the psyche, and then those stories, whether positive or negative, become a belief system, an operating program that can be carried throughout the years and even throughout a lifetime. 

So does that mean, its too late for you to change your beliefs, change your programing and evidently your reality? Thanks to research in neuroplasticity, the answer is no, it’s not too late, you are a creative powerful being that is capable of rewiring your brain and creating a reality for yourself that serves you in a positive way. 

4 Steps To Shape Your Belief System Into An Empowering and Supportive One:

  1. Name it to tame it: Identify your limiting belief, e.g. its too late, I'm too poor, it's them not me, but this happened to me in the past, I am not good enough, smart enough, beautiful enough, charismatic enough, strong enough, flexible enough, healthy enough, whatever enough!

  2. Evaluate: What has this limiting belief cost you so far? What will it cost you in the future if you keep believing it? Who can you become without it?

  3. Rewrite your story: With an actual pen and paper, rewrite this story into a positive one that truly serves you. Don’t type it, text it or just think it. Energy needs to come out of your hand, and transmute into matter. 

  4. Plant the seed: The best time to do this is in bed, right before you go to sleep or when you first blink your eyes open in the morning. It is during those times when the brain is in a theta frequency, low waves, barely conscious, like the child brian it is highly susceptible. Plug in your earphones and play mantras and affirmations that are aligned with the new beliefs you are planting. There are plenty of them on The MINDRY app. Repeat this for at least 21 days.
